The Plan
Post holiday blues have a tendency to wreck. They make me keep the tree up a wee bit longer than I should, eat a little more sweets than I should and, well the rest is downhill from there. So, instead this year, I’ve already been planning my approach. The tree will come down in a timely manner. The New year will be met with a new candle from a favorite shop and a marathon of inspiring movies.
Inspiring Movies
Under the Tuscan Sun

What movie inspires you most?
Nourishment!
I’ll be trying out new routines to get myself out of the office for some fresh air once a day and a little physical activity. Picking new goals for both personal and professional growth, not resolutions, but truly goals. Saying you have a New Year’s Resolution is the kiss of death for any plan! Giving my body the nourishment it needs will be a priority, rather than last on the list this year. I’ll start with a self evaluation of what I’m feeling, and what can I do to improve that. Things like energy, fatigue, etc.
Are you feeling your best? How’d you get there?
Personal and Professional Goals!
I really want these to be achievable and measurable. Goals are personal, but in a nutshell, my purpose is for this to move me down the line. Grow my business, grow my relationships, grow my faith walk, but more specific than that. I’m still working on these. One thing is for sure though, if I don’t set any goals or make any plans, this time next year, I’ll be exactly in the same place I am in business and relationships.
How are you setting and achieving your goals?
Merry Christmas Everyone and here’s to a fantastic prosperous New year!
